Hello! 

My name is Alexander Reynoso but please call me Alex. I started AlexCreates in 2011 when I was 14 over on Etsy after learning how to knit and crochet off of YouTube. Over four years the business evolved from just knitted and crochet hats and scarves to actually making yarn. 2015 came along and the change was clear, I needed my own website for all the things I was offering.

Here you will find free patterns, handspun and hand dyed yarn, OOAK knitwear and classes!  Everything I made until February 2018, came out of my small New York City apartment that's I share with my mother, sister, bunnies, and dog. I now work out of a wonderful studio in Port Morris, Bronx.
